  Andi has 18 years of professional experience in the Oil and Gas industry. She was a Senior Reservoir Engineer for Earthstone Energy, whose predecessor was Oak Valley Resources, and was a part of the start-up team from 2013 that grew into a multi-billion dollar company producing 130 mboepd before merging with Permian Resources in 2023. Her experience includes acquisition evaluation, project economics, budgeting and planning, non-operated portfolio management, and reserve reporting, especially in the Eagleford Shale, Midland Basin, and Delaware Basin. Prior to that, she worked in operations, reservoir, and exploration for Devon Energy in the Cotton Valley fields of East Texas. Andi graduated with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2007.
